ORIGINAL

My biggest-selling flavour is made with fresh unsalted butter, pastry flour, cornstarch, icing sugar and a pinch of sea salt. They are simple, traditional and meltingly delicious. A perfect choice for shortbread purists.

chocolate

DARK CHOCOLATE & FLEUR DE SEL

Accenting the characteristic richness of Callebaut chocolate with the mildest sea salt provides an unforgettably sensuous taste experience.

pecan

PECAN

A generous heaping of coarsely chopped, fresh pecans, give my Pecan Shortbread an irresistible, butter-pecan flavour. Fine sea salt adds a sparkling finish.

cranberry

CRANBERRY

Heaps of cranberries give Cranberry Shortbread true cranberry tartness. I don't hold back on the cranberries because their tartness is their glory. Something special just at Christmas.

lemon

LEMON

Organic lemon zest lends a light lemon flavour, not tart or overpowering, which elegantly balances the richness of unsalted butter.

orange

ORANGE & CARDAMON

The sunniness of orange zest combined with the warmth of cardamom and a hint of ginger make this shortbread a fragrant accompaniment to a mug of hot chocolate or a steaming latte. An exotic and refreshing taste reminiscent of the flavours of chai tea.

lavendar

LAVENDER

The barest hint of organic lavender flowers adds an elegant, aromatic overtone to my Lavender Shortbread making them perfect with a cup of tea.

rose

ALMOND & SUGARED ROSE

A favourite combination in ancient Persia and mediaeval Europe, the smooth nuttiness of toasted almonds mingled with the fragrant crunch of sugared rose petals create a romantically delicious flavour  not unlike Turkish delight.

sugarplum

SUGAR PLUM

I had never actually had a Sugar Plum until my partner Will made some. Made from Dried apricots, raisins, dried plums, almonds, and spices, they are a delicious, old-fashioned treat. I soak the dried fruit for 4 months in Applewood Rum, and then add them along with cinnamon, cardamom and caraway for a truly magical flavour just for Christmas.  I hope you enjoy this amazing combination of classic Christmas treats, the flavours will truly dance in your mouth
